Türkiye'de düzenlenecek en büyük modern Rus öğretmen forumlarından biri

İstanbul, 5 Kasım'da Rusya ve Türkiye'den yabancı dil olarak Rusça dilbilimcileri, filologları, yazarları ve öğretmenlerini bir araya getirecek ilk uluslararası foruma ev sahipliği yapacak.

Etkinlik, pedagojik faaliyetlerde deneyimleri paylaşmayı, en iyi uygulamaları göstermeyi ve Rus dili ve edebiyatı öğretiminin yeni biçimlerini uygulamayı amaçlıyor.

Son beş yılda, yurtdışındaki Rus dilinin eğitim programlarına yönelik genel talepler 2,5 kattan fazla artmış, Türkiye ile işbirliği çerçevesinde önemli bir artış olmuştur.

"Yabancı izleyiciler arasında Rusça öğrenmeye olan ilgide sürekli bir artış gördük. Ve bugün önemli alanlardan biri, Rus uzmanlar ve yabancı meslektaşları ile ortak bir eğitim alanı yaratmak.

Rusya ile eğitim alanında işbirliğini güçlendirmeyi amaçlayan bir dizi ülke görüyoruz ve onlarla sürekli çalışıyoruz.

En etkili öğretim yöntemlerinin değişimi, öğretim alanındaki konulara ortak çözümler için fırsatlar yaratmak önemlidir", Rusya Federasyonu Eğitim Bakan Yardımcısı Denis Gribov dedi.

Uluslararası Forum, Rusya Eğitim Bakanlığı'nın desteğiyle eğitim dersleri, tartışma platformları, ustalık sınıfları ve edebi çizim odaları formatlarında düzenlenecek. Katılımcılar arasında Rus dili araştırmacıları da yer alıyor.

AI Herzen Rus Devlet Pedagoji Üniversitesi'nin Üniversiteler Arası İki Dilli ve Çok Kültürlü Eğitim Merkezi Müdürü ve Amiri Elizaveta Khamraeva var; Rusya Federasyonu Başkanlığına bağlı Rus Dili Konseyi Üyesi Vladimir Pakhomov, V.V. Vinogradov Rus Dili Enstitüsü Rusça Konuşma Kültürü Bölümü'nde araştırmacı.

Ayrıca Puşkin Rus Dili Enstitüsü'nde Rus dilinin yenilikçi öğretimi araçları proje araştırma laboratuvarı Baş Bilim Sorumlusu Elmira Afanasyeva ve İstanbul Üniversitesi öğretim görevlisi Svetlana Özgür de bulunmaktadır.

Rusya'dan konuşmacılar, Rusça'yı yabancı dil olarak öğretmenin genel eğilimleri ve yöntemleri, yeni öğretim materyalleri ve öğretmenler için faydalı kaynaklar hakkında konuşacaklar.

Forum sonuçlarının ardından online bir platform oluşturulacaktır. Rusça öğretim programlarının diyalogu ve geliştirilmesi için sürekli çalışacaktır.

Forum çerçevesinde bilimsel ve metodolojik edebiyat sergisi katılımcılarına Rus şarkı geleneği sunulacak. Ayrıca, Rus geleneksel şarkıları üzerine bir ustalık sınıfı düzenlenecek.

Forumda Rus öğretmenler, dilbilimciler, metodologlar, Türkiye ve Rusya'dan eğitim kurumlarının başkanları yer alabilir.

One of the largest modern forums of Russian teachers to be held in Turkey

Istanbul will host the first international forum that will bring together linguists, philologists, writers and teachers of Russian as a foreign language from Russia and Turkey on November 5. The event is aimed at sharing experiences, demonstrating best practices and applying new forms of teaching Russian language and literature in pedagogical activities.

Over the past five years, the general requests for educational programs of the Russian language abroad have increased by more than 2.5 times, there is a significant increase in the framework of cooperation with Turkey.

"We have consistently seen an increase in interest in learning Russian among foreign audiences. And today one of the important areas is creating a common educational space with Russian specialists and their foreign colleagues.

We see a number of countries that are aimed at strengthening cooperation in the educational sphere with Russia, and we consistently work with them. It is important to create opportunities for the exchange of the most effective teaching methods, joint solutions to issues in the field of teaching," said Denis Gribov, Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation.

The International Forum will be held with the support of the Ministry of Education of Russia in the formats of educational lectures, discussion platforms, master classes and literary drawing rooms.

Russian language researchers are among the participants. There are Elizaveta Khamraeva, Director and Supervisor of the Interuniversity Center for Bilingual and Multicultural Education of the A.I. Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University; Vladimir Pakhomov, Member of the Russian Language Council under the President of the Russian Federation, researcher at the Department of Culture of Russian Speech of the V.V. Vinogradov Institute of Russian Language.

Besides, there are Elmira Afanasyeva, Chief Scientific Officer of project research laboratory of innovative means of teaching the Russian language in The Pushkin Institute of the Russian Language and Svetlana Ozgur, lecturer at Istanbul University.

Speakers from Russia will talk about general trends and methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language, new teaching materials, and useful resources for teachers.

An online platform will be created following the results of the forum. It will operate continuously for dialogue and development of teaching programs in Russian.

Russian song tradition will be presented to the participants of scientific and methodological literature exhibition within the framework of the forum. Besides, a master class on Russian traditional songs will be held.
